Total Resolve 9 Week Transformation

Then join me as I coach you through a terrific journey!!!

The Total Resolve Transformation is a 63 day fitness program. You will be working out almost every day (and sometimes twice a day), logging your food intake, and checking in with me regularly. Willingness to work hard and a good attitude are required in this program. If you're willing to work hard, at the end of 63 days you feel stronger, be more fit, and have more confidence. The first requirement in this program is for you to pick something you'd like to do, and work towards it (a big hike, kayaking, playing football or soccer with family, family photos, a fitness photoshoot, etc.!). The primary goal in this program is to help you make sustainable changes that you will maintain over the long haul; whatever you choose to work towards is meant to help keep you motivated as you work on these changes!

(Please Note: this program is NOT about losing weight. You may lose weight, but more importantly, you'll be gaining muscle. )



I am looking for 12 People who want to get stronger and more fit!!


I am looking for 12 people who want to gain muscle, get fit, and feel amazing, to join me on a 63 day transformation journey! 

I'm not going to sugar coat it. Change is hard, and making lasting changes is even more challenging. I will be there with you every step of the way, coaching and supporting you!

My requirements for you:
  • Commit to 9 weeks
  • By the end of week 2: Finalize your goals for the end of the program. What do you really want to achieve over the coming weeks? Is there a mountain you want to hike? A family occasion you want to look good for? Pick something that will help keep you motivated for the next 9 weeks
  • Be willing to work out daily, and sometimes more than once a day. Note, these workouts DO NOT require access to a gym, but do require a few basic pieces of equipment!
  • Be willing to participate in a a private Facebook group
  • Keep a daily food and workout log (this is done online)
  • Be willing to send me progress pictures if requested
  • Be wiling to workout more than once a day, especially as you get closer to the end of the program

As I said, this is a challenging program, but as you make your way through it, the changes you are making should start to come more easily! In addition to having me for support, you'll also have access to a private Facebook group with others
 who are participating in the program, so you will all be able to offer support to each other. I will be available via the Facebook group as well as via email to answer questions or offer support. 

This program includes:
 
  • Total Resolve Transformation Workouts  You’ll get a full 9 weeks of workouts that will have you building lean muscle while burning fat. These workouts are designed for you to transform your body in a way that will be sustainable long term. You may see some changes quickly, but remember, the goal is sustainability!

  • Total Resolve Transformation Recipe Book  Trying to figure out what to eat so you don’t get bored with your meals? Just need some quick and simple recipes to follow? No problem, we’ve got you covered with recipes for meat eaters and vegetarians, included in the program,

  • Total Resolve Transformation Video Encyclopedia  Sometimes it’s hard to figure out exactly how to do an exercise just by seeing pictures of them. So I went ahead and found videos of each exercise so you’ll be able to watch the videos online and know how to perform the movement. 

  • Online Food and Workout Journal  Accountability may be the #1 factor in being able to successfully maintain the changes you'll be making. We’ll be using My Fitness Pal as a way to track your food and workouts.

  •  Total Resolve Transformation Private Support Group  You have a private Facebook support group so you can check in with the rest of the team each day, and I’ll be there to coach you and answer your questions daily!


All told, this package is valued at over $1600... but I 
am offering the entire package for $450! That comes out to about $7.15/day - less than many people pay to eat lunch out each day, and significantly less than paying $75/day for personal training!
