​2020 Holiday Challenge - Registration Now CLOSED - Contact me for potential late entry!


​Do you want to go into the New Year feeling strong and healthy? If so, this is the plan for you! This challenge will kick off on Thanksgiving, and will conclude on New Year's Day! If you've done this in the past, you may notice that I've added a week to the program, so it goes through 2019.

For those of you who have participated in this program in the past, you know how much fun it is! This year, I'm adding a few  gratitude and mindfulness exercises to the mix, and have made the nutrition side of things optional. I encourage you to take advantage of the nutrition options to help you stay on track during the holidays. It doesn't cost anything extra, so why not? With new workouts (and some old favorites), this year's challenge should be a lot of fun!!

Priced at $50, this program includes:
  • Daily workouts that can be done at home or at the gym, using minimal equipment
  • Nutrition Guidelines -  If you chose to do so, we'll be keeping an eye on things to make sure you're eating in a sustainable, balanced manner
  • Review of and feedback on your nutrition
  • An online group of other participants for support 
  • Access to me via text, facebook and email.

You will need a few basic pieces of equipment (dumbbells, jump rope, and either a pedometer or a pedometer app on your phone). You'll also need a way to do cardio. You can run, walk, jump rope, ride a bike... pretty much anything you can do to get your heart rate up will work!

I don't want anyone to miss out on this, so if you feel like $50 is out of reach, I'll comp your entry if you get 3 people to sign up at the $50 rate. Don't know 3 people who would do this? Shoot me an email and we'll chat about how we can make this accessible for you.
