Equipment Suggestions

If you're participating in one of my online programs, you may be curious about the equipment you'll need. Here are links to a few items I recommend!

Yoga Mat:  I like this one. I've also used this one, but it does get a little slippery if you sweat a lot!!

Dumbbells: Pretty much anything will work. I like these because you can get them in a variety of colors. Working out should be fun!


Jump Rope: I'd suggest staying away from the ones that are cloth or the plastic, segmented ones. Something like this works best.

Music: If you're a music fan, try Amazon Music Unlimited. Click here to sign up for a free trial.

Protein Powder:  This is not required, but it is helpful if you're a person who has trouble eating protein first thing in the morning or immediately after working out. I recommend a couple of different options. The key is to get something low in sugar, and around 24-26 g protein / serving. In my experience, they taste best mixed with oat, almond, or almond/cashew milk!
